Tom currently serves as a Director of Workforce Training at Lehigh Carbon Community College. His primary focus is on positive workplace development, including leadership/management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
He also works closely with area State Workforce Development Boards in addressing specific needs for employers, providing training solutions in leadership, interpersonal communication, industrial automation, advanced manufacturing, and mechatronics.
Tom has done extensive work with organizations in developing teams. He is certified in the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Everything DiSC. His expertise includes talent management, leadership, employee engagement, coaching, and team development.
Tom has facilitated and presented in international webinars and worked with world renowned faculty in presenting on-line workshops. Tom has presented for programs such as Leadercast Lehigh Valley 2015 and has had works published in Lehigh Valley Business Journal. His clients include. The US Postal Service, Diakon Lutheran Services, Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Johnson and Johnson, American Heart Association, and Fisher Clinical Service.
