Alice Waagen, PhD is president of Workforce Learning LLC, a management consulting company that provides business leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to build organizations that are productive and healthy. Dr. Waagen is passionate about helping her corporate clients and the missions that they serve. Alice earned a PhD in education from the Pennsylvania State University. Giving back to the community is also important to Alice. She serves on the Board of the Northern Virginia Employer Advisory Committee (NVEAC) and also is a videoconference instructor for the Smithsonian American Art Museum Artful Connections Program.
