Most of us recognize the term Emotional Intelligence and know that it refers to how we identify and manage emotions in ourselves and in others. What is less well understood, however, is how to develop emotional intelligence; that is, to learn to use our emotions intelligently in order to optimize professional and personal success.
During this interactive series of four webinars, EI expert Diana Durek will lead you through a journey of self-discovery, helping you to increase awareness of your own Emotional Intelligence and providing you with tools to create your own Emotional Intelligence Development Plan. In this program, you will assess your Emotional Intelligence skills online through the Emotional Intelligence Skills Assessment and receive a personalized EI feedback report. This report will give you information about your EI strengths and areas of opportunity, and will help you to become even more engaged and involved in the series.
Prior to each session, participants will receive relevant handouts and support materials. Upon the completion of this 4-day series registrants will receive access to the recordings.
The series is priced at $169 per person, which includes the Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Report, a $40 value.
