Our role in today’s modern learning age is to reach the modern learner and supply them with the knowledge and information needed to get the job done- as they need it. This means developing an understanding of how to produce quality just-in-time, right-sized, learning content, not weeks or months from now but at the moment of demand.

Enter micro-learning. Too often learning solutions are solely focused on the classroom or long, bloated elearning modules when the solution is performance support.
